I had a wonderful experience with Karaters from start to finish. Before purchasing, I called to ask if they would honor a price adjustment if the tennis bracelet I wanted went on sale for Valentine’s Day, and they confirmed they would. After placing my order, the bracelet did go on sale while I was waiting for it to ship. I emailed Karaters, and Jessica was fantastic—she quickly confirmed the delivery timeframe and processed my refund without hesitation. My bracelet arrived yesterday (and even included a complimentary pair of stud earrings). I was blown away by the quality, beautiful packaging, and the included appraisal. I highly recommend Karaters!
